Ordering
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! Contact us as soon as possible and if your purchase has not been dispatched we can arrange a refund for you.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently we are only shipping within Australia. For international sales please contact our global distributors @ info@mdmdance.com
Can I return an item?
Yes you sure can ! MDM Cards will exchange or refund any item as long as it is in new condition, unopened and returned within 30 days of original dispatch.
All additional postage costs for returning items will be at your expense.
How to make a return?
Wrap the item securely and enclose your receipt and reason for returning and send to:

Once we have received the returned products, exchanges will be processed within 24 hours and refunds or credits processed within 7 working days. Refunds will credit the original account of payment.
IMPORTANT: MDM Cards takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the items.
